Grill it!

A recent warm day inspired me to make a quick meal on the grill:

Cheeseburgers (90% lean meat) on whole grain buns, fruit salad, Uncle Ben’s Whole Grain Medley (ready in 90 seconds in the microwave) mixed with 1 can of Cannellini Beans.  Everyone enjoyed it!  And I especially enjoyed the great fiber content of this meal (buns 2g, rice 3g, beans 6g, fruit salad 3g…total 14 grams)!
