Here is the second of my winter series of slow cooker recipes. My goal is to post these recipes on Sundays so you can plan when to make them during the week.
This is probably the easiest recipe EVER:
1 pound flank steak
1 jar of your favorite salsa
Place steak in the slow cooker. Pour entire jar of salsa on top of meat. (You may want to add a little water if the salsa has a thick consistency). Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Serve with soft tortillas (whole or multi grain) and your favorite toppings: guacamole, light sour cream, shredded cheese. Enjoy!!
