Mark your calendars! In honor of National Nutrition Month, Power Up with Nutrition & Fitness will be offered on March 22, 6:30-8:30pm for both men and women. I am teaming up with Cathy Leman of NutriFit to offer simple, realistic nutrition and fitness ideas that will help you live every day with vitality. We will share the benefits of strength training as a critical component for anyone looking to manage their weight and demonstrate how to prepare three simple, healthy dishes.
Our menu emphasizes the wide-reaching health benefits and great flavor of a plant-based diet. Participants will sample White Bean Dip with Herbs, Asian Lettuce Cups, and Roasted Eggplant Curry. Recipes will be provided for take-home and everyone receives a free gift!
