Antipasto Skewers

If you haven’t made these for a backyard get together or a cocktail party, you are in for a treat!  They are easy to make and easy to transport.  I use a 6-inch skewer and always start with a cherry tomato and fresh mozzarella ball (marinated, if available).  The rest of the skewer depends on what I have on hand…a piece of salami, marinated mushroom, black or kalamata olive, marinated artichoke, a cheese tortellini…the possibilies are endless!
