Roasted Pumpkin Seeds are packed with nutrition (protein, unsaturated fats, and minerals magnesium and zinc) and easy to make. Rinse the seeds well and place them on a cookie sheet coated with vegetable oil spray. Season lightly with Kosher salt. Cook in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.
