Thanksgiving is only two weeks away. Are you hoping to have some new delicious recipes to serve? I have help for you!! Next Thursday, November 15, from 6:30-9pm, I am teaching a class at Marcel’s in Glen Ellyn. It’s hands-on (meaning everyone cooks) and we’ll be making 4 tasty dishes: Mixed Green Salad with Baked Goat Cheese Medallions and Pomegranate; Spiced Pumpkin and Apple Compote (in photo); Baked Polenta with Vegetable Ragout (this side dish can serve as a main for any vegetarian guests) and Pear Blueberry Crumble. The class is called “Vegetarian Thanksgiving”, but it’s not just for vegetarians. These delicious dishes please any crowd with fabulous taste and will be enjoyed by many around your table!
