I am sharing an article I received this week from a fellow dietitian who wrote about picky eaters. “Can’t Stand Vegetables? You May Be Bitter Sensitive” is written by Jodie Shield of Healthy Eating for Families. It’s great information as it helps us better understand picky eaters (e.g., bitter sensitivity) and reinforces the encouragement I often give to parents of picky eaters…be patient and keep trying!!
