Spring IS coming!

Even with several inches of snow on the ground AND even though it is snowing as I type this note, tomorrow is March 1.  AND March means…SPRING IS COMING!!

Spring brings a great line up of cooking classes!  The first one, on March 13, 12:30-2pm at Marcel’s in Glen Ellyn, is a great class exploring some delicious recipes that feature beans.  I made one of these recipes for dinner last night and everyone licked their plate clean… LITERALLY!  More information with a link to register for the class is listed below.

The next class of the season follows 2 days later, March 15.  It is a breakfast class at Marcel’s (9:30-11am).  Please come, relax and enjoy a yummy ‘Easter Breakfast’.  Details below.

There are many other classes to look forward to…a vegetarian classes on 4/10, a ‘kid’s cook’ class on 5/5, a gluten-free class on 6/13, and many more.  I hope to see you soon!
