Spring Cooking Classes!

Spring is definitely in the air!  I heard birds chirping this week and had the opportunity to go for a run outside without gloves or a hat!  It has certainly been a long winter and the warmer air, sunshine and melting snow gives us hope. Here is the list of classes I’m teaching to accompany the arrival of spring.  You’ll find something for everyone:  breakfast demo classes (3/13 & 4/17), evening classes (3/18 demo & 5/13, 5/20 hands on), a little kids Easter class (4/19) and midday demo classes: vegetarian/gluten free (4/9) and a class I am teaching with my mom and mentor (4/30).  I hope you can join me!

March 

13- Breakfast Now, Dinner Tonight: Apple, Banana & Barley Breakfast Bake with Creamy Cinnamon Yogurt / Mediterranean Chicken & Vegetables on Bed of Porcini Pasta. Demo, 9:30-11am. $45  Register here
