Lynn, I just made your Barley and Apple Breakfast Bake! Yum! I thought it would be a great way to start the day before high school finals. It was a crowd pleaser. Do you think you could do 1 cup oats and 1 cup barley for a different taste/texture? Thanks for sharing we loved it. The Morris Family
Hi, Carrie! Glad to know you enjoyed the Barley and Apple Bake. And, YES, good idea about using oats with the barley. I might recommend the Quick Oats over Old Fashioned but either will probably work. Also, you might want to try the Baked Oatmeal recipe, too. It’s very yummy! Enjoy 🙂
