  1. Lynn, I just made your Barley and Apple Breakfast Bake! Yum! I thought it would be a great way to start the day before high school finals. It was a crowd pleaser. Do you think you could do 1 cup oats and 1 cup barley for a different taste/texture? Thanks for sharing we loved it. The Morris Family

    • Hi, Carrie! Glad to know you enjoyed the Barley and Apple Bake. And, YES, good idea about using oats with the barley. I might recommend the Quick Oats over Old Fashioned but either will probably work. Also, you might want to try the Baked Oatmeal recipe, too. It’s very yummy! Enjoy 🙂
